Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe (including the UK): 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, and customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. In some cases, promotional free shipping may be applied and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
